What those experiences taught me
Being a company's entire IT team
At C3 I was the only developer. From the database to the server, from support to new features, everything went through me. I learned to prioritize what matters most to the business.
Working with a European team
At Picalike every decision was discussed in writing, with code reviews and clear deadlines across time zones. That's still how I work with clients.
Delivering for demanding brands
At Madurado, campaigns for big pharmaceutical companies had fixed event dates. "A little late" didn't exist.
